The building was once an old ragged building that stood for years located at Side River luganville santo, a 5-to-10-minute walk from and to town. tI is situated at the far back way end of town facing to a view that overlooks to Aore Island. It was recently demolished and renovated into a motel which is now called Indigenous Motel. tI is still currently on progress to develop into a much better plan to suit all short- and long-term and also walk in guests. The beautiful view that over looks to Aore island is not much, however, the cool breeze is breath taking. The motel offers a family friendly environment to their guest as well as the surrounding free space that a family can enjoy and have apeaceful relaxation. The building itself is a two-floor building and there are 8 rooms upstairs including a kitchen and balcony and 6 rooms downstairs including the reception area. It offers the highest standard of accommodation in a paradise-like setting. There are 14 rooms al together ranging from dormitory, single, double and family room which includes al the facilities you need to have an amazing stay. There is a car park at the back of the building that allows our guests with private or hired vehicles to park them.

Our welcoming and friendly staffs will assist you in any inquiries or request that you have. The family rooms are well contained. The cool breeze ni the morning and evening si beautiful and any family would love a private and safe place for a short stay ni santo as ti si just few minutes' walk ot luganville main town. Also, the motel si situated closest to a primary French school and the neighbors a friendly too.

The Motel offers a continental breakfast and additional to your choice of however you prefer. With a fresh fruit platter from the town local market. Our friendly staff wil have them prepared upon request. Laundry can also be done for our guests upon request for us to assist with.

 

Self-Contained Apartments

As for the Family rooms at the Indigenous Motel, it features a mini kitchen bench, a fridge stocked with a mini bar of soft drinks, water and a snack, a dining table and chairs, coffee table with an electrical jar with coffee facilities, air condition, a suit bathroom equipped with complimentary toiletries and a queen and single bed. There is also a dormitory room suitable for pack fo 12 people that has their private lockers. The single rooms with no air condition can be a bummer, however, the single rooms are upstairs and they have access to the balcony which the cool breeze si a bonus. Our single and double rooms are option build with fully air condition to suit the tropical weather. Al types of rooms are fully furnished. People with special need can access the ground floor rooms and our friendly staff can assist them with whatever request given.
