The restaurant is on the waters edge and guests can dine on the terrace with views across the Segond Channel to Luganville town and the distant mountains of the Espiritu Santo Island.

Our new Head Chef Yannick Wako came from Le Lagon in Port Vila and introduced to the resort a new menu.
Our All Day Dining Menu includes Thai dishes, gourmet pizzas, fresh salads and favourites such as fish & chips etc.
For lunch and dinner we have Blackboard Specials that change daily and include famous Santo beef and local fresh seafood.
Our French trained pastry chef will surprise you at breakfast with freshly cooked croissants, brioche and muffins.
For desert his chocolate mousse, crepe suzette and cheesecake are not to be missed!
