Jill’s Café, the only American-style café/restaurant in Port Vila, has been serving customers for 15 years with the freshest and most extensive menu and has earned its reputation as an “institution”. Jill’s Café menu features a wide variety of great American-style breakfasts, including light and fluffy hot cakes, 3-egg omelets with all your favorite fillings, and our signature breakfast, the All American.
Our freshly baked muffins, cookies, cakes and slices are from old family recipes. We have a large selection of burgers and hot dogs with all your favorite toppings, the freshest meal-sized salads and sandwiches with plenty of fillings.
Our extensive Mexican menu, with our fresh daily homemade flour tortillas and freshly made salsa, feature a variety of jumbo burritos, quesadillas, and nachos with home-made tortilla chips, a great salad and even an omelet.
Another feature is our Daily Special which might be anything from BBQ steak, a special salad, a specialty omelet, veal cordon bleu or anything in between. We have several vegetarian options as well as a kid’s menu and a menu translated into French, so there are plenty of choices for everyone. We attempt to accommodate any special dietary requirement if asked.
Our ice cream and desert menu is extensive and includes one of our signature dishes, the Brownie Hot Fudge Sundae. We have a large selection of beverages, including our freshly squeezed California-style lemon-ade.
