News source Vanuatu Chefs Newsletter, June edition: This year sees the Inaugural WACs Pacific Nations Challenge, this is a concept first promoted by Vanuatu after last years Culinary Show and will be a separate competition from the local Culinary Show. It is a 2 man team event with each country competing against each other in a selection of classes with the winner being announced on the evening of the 14th at our annual awards dinner.
