On 2nd and 3rd June, VTO staff members came together at The Melanesian for a 2 days workshop to discuss a 3 years planning for VTO including, new vision, current and new activities, corporate culture featuring qualities of a good team and workplace discussing personal qualities, physical environment, learning environment, VTO work plan, leadership qualities & career opportunities, reviewed job descriptions, and Individual Development Plan. Though the workshop only ran for 2 days under the direction of Annie Niatu and Alison Allcock, all staff members agreed that it has been an overwhelmingly satisfying end result, and they are all looking forward to adapting into the new creative and electronic developments that are fast approaching inline with the new branding.
