Vanuatu Week or ‘Wik Blong Vanuatu’ consumer show, is set to take place from 12th – 14th of next month November, in Noumea, New Caledonia. This year will present it’s third event with the following outlined in the Wik Blong Vanuatu program: Thursday 12/11: Jeudi du Vanuatu, venue: Place des Cocotiers, Friday 13/11 : Vanuatu evening, venue Anse Vata. Saturday 14/11 : Vanuatu market, venue: Place des Cocotiers. Last year, around 12,000 consumers turned up to the shows at Place des Cocotiers. This year there will be over 100 delegates from Vanuatu attending the annual event, consisting of members of the Vanuatu Commerce industry, Vanuatu Tourism industry, entertainment groups such as stringbands and custom dancers, and also existing Associations of the Ni-Vanuatu community residing in New Caledonia. Sources have reported that 2 tonnes146kg of the worlds BEST BEEF – Vanuatu Organic Beef has been flown to Noumea, including many cultural artefacts to showcase the destination’s fine range of cultural and organic products.
