Mr Johnny Garae one of the Food and Beverage Trainers at
Hospitality Tourism Leisure Training Centre located in Port Vila, capital town of Vanuatu, has obtained two diplomas and now ranks amongst the highest qualified local Hotelier Trainers in Vanuatu. This is one big step in the right direction for the HTLTC and all its Ni Vanuatu trainers and students. Johnny was attached to the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, in Salzburg Austria; His diplomas are in Hotel Management, and in Adult Education delivery.
He was invited to attend the prestigious Hotel Trade Fair in Berlin, and has had practical training in some of Austria’s grandest five star Hotels. Mr Garae brings with him extensive knowledge, which will help him to deliver higher level subjects at HTLTC.
