Port Vila Parasailing Official Launch

Port Vila Parasailing in actionPort Vila Parasailing has undergone a change of ownership this year, and last Friday 5th June, Bruce and Helen Goad celebrated their new life in Vanuatu with a number of Port Vila residents and business owners. Bruce has a long history with the fire service in Adelaide, his career coming to an end when he could no longer physically perform his job. Five years on, after successfully having bilateral hip replacements, the urge to take the sea change was too strong to resist. Bruce is supported by wife, Helen, who brings with her lots of life and business experience. Originally having a career as a Registered Nurse, Helen branched out into related fields including counselling and working with the disabled.

The Port Vila Parasailing Launch was attended by around forty local business people and residents. It was held at Café Du Village, where the parasailing boat “Deliverance” is moored. The guests must have enjoyed themselves as the 12-3pm function was still going strong at dinner time. Bruce and Helen celebrated in a novel way -  each guest received a lucky ticket in a free parasail to be had on the day. The day was all smiles and excitement. Helen and Bruce are keen to provide training and flights to anyone who is involved in promoting Port Vila Parasailing to visitors and residents of Vanuatu. Phone Helen on 77 42331 to make arrangements for this free service.
