New Zealand’s newest nationwide travel company, Mondo, and the NZ Herald have come together to run a campaign on a “Win a seven-night escape to Vanuatu for two”. With a catch line of “Vanuatu has a stunning mix of beaches, forests, friendly people and a distinct culture so you can be as active or as relaxed as you like – it’s your choice.”, the campaign has reached over 2000 entries within 6 hours, with around 20% of these sharing the campaign virally through Facebook and Twitter. To enter, a person simply answers the question of the day, with up to 15 chances to win, as there is a new question every day from 2nd – 16th February.
The competition closes on Tuesday 16 February, and the draw prize includes return airfares for 2 from Auckland to Port Vila flying Air Vanuatu, including all ticket taxes, return Vanuatu airport transfers, 4 nights’ accommodation in a Deluxe Ocean View Room at Iririki Island Resort & Spa, including full buffet breakfast daily, and 3 nights’ accommodation in a Harbour Deluxe Room at Grand Hotel & Casino, including tropical breakfast daily.
