Vanuatu is represented in World Junior Surfing Championship

Norman Kalotiti rides high on ice- cold waters, Piha, New Zealand.The Vanuatu Surfing Association last week sent two young surfers, Roger and Normal Kalotiti from Pango village, to represent Vanuatu in the World Junior Surfing Championship in Piha, New Zealand. The competition was held for a week from 20th-28th January, which ended yesterday. The boys competed with 250 other young surfers in category Under 18 and Under 16. This is the world’s biggest surfing event organised by the International Surfing Association, which is the Surfing’s World Governing Authority based in California, USA.
