New Vanuatu Boat Hire soon to offer cruise & grill

A new water sports company, owned by Reece Blacklock who is originally from Australia with an over whelming background in boats, has recently been set up this month, after he developed a passion for the destination and learned that boat hiring can tag on some fun to a tourist’s holiday. Managing the boat company is Joel Kalotiti, from Lelepa Island, whom Reece met 5 years ago when Joel was working at the Le Lagon Resort. It was at the Le Lagon that Reece holidayed in Vanuatu for the very first time, and since then he has had numerous returns. Throughout his 6 years of working at Le Lagon in guest relations and activities, Joel has a good level of industry knowledge to start him off in the role. Vanuatu Boat Hire operates from a pontoon at the Port Vila seafront, and currently has 3 boats for hire. Within the next 6 months, the company plans to introduce its new arrivals which will be the BBQ pontoon boats, pictured below.

These boats carry up to 12 passengers, and are fitted with a BBQ, cool boxes, fishing, snorkelling gear and more. The BBQ pontoons cater for family groups, a group of friends, or anybody who wants to get together on the water for a BBQ lunch and cruise. Boat Hire will soon be distributing brochures around and at the resorts and hotels.
