All new Native Round Island Tour – Best Award 2009 Tour Guide

The Vanuatu Tour Operators Association has recently welcomed onboard their team the Native Round Island Tour. The company is new and locally owned and run by Joel Jonas from Emau Island. Joel was an employee of South Pacific Tours for 3 ½ years. His outspokenness, wealth of destination knowledge, and warm hospitality nature inline with great customer service, Mr Jonas has been awarded last year with the prestigious “Best Award 2009 Tour Guide.” All the signs pointed Jonas to the direction of starting up Native Round Island Tour which runs for a whole day from 8.30 am till 5.00 pm. Tour starts with hotel pick up, first stop at Blue Lagoon, then the beautiful Eton Beach for morning refreshment, next to an old manganese mining site, Pang Pang village for nature walk through ‘King of the Forest’, then onto Taka Custom Village, Bamboo Beach restaurant for lunch, followed by a stop at the world war 2 air strip, natural hot water springs, coconut plantations, world war 2 relics and coca cola bottle road shop, then onto “Survivor” shooting site for afternoon tea and coffee, before returning guests back to their hotels.
