Port Vila's new Nirvana Restaurant a dining delight
A new Nirvana Restaurant has arrived in the capital city Port Vila, adding a delicious SE Asian flavour to the city's culinary range from tasty take aways, chocolate havens, chill out cafes and snack bars, to three course serves, fine dining la carte and bountiful buffets.
The Nirvana Restaurant opened its doors on the 7th of February 2009. Mr Christopher Adams and Ms Lola Spooner are the respective managers of the new restaurant currently open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner 7 days.
Ms Spooner is a local business woman who Manages the Hotel Olympic and now she has teamed up with Christopher Adams, Chef from New Zealand. Christopher has been working through out S/E Asia for the last 6 years, and today he has produced the Nirvana menu which will take customers on a contemporary culinary journey into Asia. Nirvana serves a traditional Breakfast and Brunch menu with fresh fruit daily from Port Vila markets as well as a range of eggs cooked to your liking, Tanna coffee and specialty teas & fruit smoothies.
The evening menu features a range of SE Asian dishes from Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. Pop in at the Nirvana when you're next visiting Port Vila.
