The home of live music in Santo - 1606 Sunday Session or Triple S Sunday’s (SSS) kicked off on the 2nd May at 4.00pm until 9.00pm.  Local resident Reggae Band 26 Roots playing to a very enthusiastic audience who clearly had their dancing sandals on.

Triple S Sunday is a regular event every fortnight at Village de Santo. Supporting Santo’s thriving music scene and the youth of Luganville by providing a venue is the objective of the management.  There is so much raw talent in Luganville just waiting to shine. The local custom dancers of Mango Village preformed giving a blessing to the start of the live music sessions. A family run business with a blend of cultures Egyptian and Australian of course means that “A Middle Eastern Night” will be slotted into the events calendar of Restaurant 1606.
