Welcome to the Tourism Hospitality Leisure Training Centre, a south pacific's first, where visitors can enjoy the gentle immersion of true Ni-Vanuatu culture with hints of the rich French and English influence in the New Hebrides, by which name paradise was known.
The Tourism Hospitality Leisure Training Centre comes under the umbrella of the Vanuatu Institute of Technology. It is funded by the European Union. The HTLTC as it is known trains Hospitality staff for the future. In order to train students in Restaurant Operations the HTLTC has a 50 seat Restaurant, where one can enjoy a three course Meal at very reasonable rates.
The French influence in the Menus will excite your taste buds, and will be complemented by the finest French wines found on the Island. Ask for our Lemon grass scented Iced or Hot Tea, or perhaps local iced coffee, or sip on a cocktail or mock tail of the day.
Come sit back relax see all the phases of the Moon, and experience the gentle immersion of Ni Van culture, and be a part of the process by which we train for the future. We cater for functions provided it comes under our training plans, and can be used as a Training exercise.
